Chocolate and cacao tasting workshop
You will learn about the history of chocolate along with some of its curiosities from Manuel Segura, manager of Pastelerías Manuel Segura, together with our own resident winemaker. All accompanied by a tasting of various chocolates, from substitutes to 99% glazing, and all paired with our best wines.

Jam tasting workshop
Tasting workshop for 6 jam pairings with various D.O. culinary products accompanied by a perfect pairing with our best wines and cavas. All led by Manuel Segura, manager of Pastelerías Manuel Segura, together with our own resident winemaker. You will learn about the differences between jams and marmalades, along with their preparation, and our latest products.

Botanical walking trail + Guided visit
A trek through the sierra identifying about thirty plants commonly found in this area..The trail climbs up to the Sierra de Algairén along two ravines, where it is possible to see many of the plant species found on these mountains. The visitor can learn a bit more about these species.
After the walk, there will be a guided visit round the installations of the winery, Bodega Tierra de Cubas, including a tasting of our wines with food pairings.
