Guided tour of Tierra de Cubas + Tasting of Particular with Deluxe Appetizer

Any day of the year is good for visiting our Tierra de Cubas winery and pairing it with a deluxe appetizer.
The tour lasts about 2 ½ hours. For a minimum of 20 people.
Reception and welcome glass of cava, during which you will learn about the Tierra de Cubas project and history of DOP Cariñena.
You will visit the various parts of the winery: fermentation room and tanks where you will find out about the wine-making process before entering the bottling room where our cavas are left to age. Here you will find out first-hand about the process for making cava, in which we use the Méthode Traditionelle for making sparkling wine.
Our guide will accompany you throughout the tour, which will finish in our underground cellar where you will be able to taste our wines paired with a deluxe appetizer.

Cannelloni with dried meat and pulled ham from Encinacorba
Cube of Mahón cheese on a bed of cream cheese, tomato jam and raisin bread
Modena-style spring onion kebab with white anchovy in oil and chili pepper
Praline and foie-gras bonbon on a bed of breadsticks and molasses in red wine
Cube of salmon in dill oil, yogurt sauce and crispy onion
Grilled scallops and salt flakes
Selection of croquettes: oxtail and baby squid in ink
Cube of octopus with roast ‘cachelo’ potatoes and paprika oil from La Vera
Spicy Graus pork sausage lollipop and wild mushrooms
